Welcome to the Mansion at River Walk and the Kentucky Derby! The Mansion and Churchill Downs are a winning combination for the first Saturday in May. Both have charm elegance, and the style of the 1870s.
Our Derby Package includes:
Three-night stay in the room of your choice, including the following:
~Welcome reception on the veranda,
complete with our famous Mint Juleps and hors d'oeuvres.
~Fresh flowers, your favorite Kentucky bourbon, and chocolates.
We even offer a fine cigar on the veranda for the cigar aficionado.
~Gourmet breakfasts each day and a wonderful Champagne Derby
Brunch, prepared by our acclaimed chef.
All guest suites are spacious and include sitting areas, king or queen size beds, ceiling fans, 12 1/2 foot ceilings, original closets, decorative fireplaces and period furnishings.
Rooms include cable TV and VCR. Guests are provided with in-room complimentary beverages, luxurious bath robes and other amenities.

The ultimate luxury suite designed with
a winning combination of color, comfort and charm. This spacious suite in
the Mansion’s West Wing includes a four-poster King size bed, refrigerator,
ice, and elegant furnishings. Private bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower and

Churchill Suite
Historic as its
namesake, the world famous Churchill Downs. Features palladium windows,
Queen size bed and period furnishings, This suite includes a large common
area where guests can relax surrounded by a collection of antiques. Private
bath adjoining the suite has a claw-foot tub, separate shower and a view of

Jefferson Suite
A grand room that proudly bears the
name of our third President. Features a King size bed, crystal light
fixtures. Access to the second floor verandah and the Lounge across
the hall. The original private bath with claw-foot tub/shower is in the West

memorabilia and furnishings. Features a King size bed, original pocket doors
